Research emphasis:

Research has focused on hereditary and acquired neurodegenerative diseases of domestic animals. Particular areas of focus have been degenerative myelopathy and cerebellar degenerative disorders. Areas of focus with regard to neurosurgery include intervertebral disk degeneration, CNS injuries, and spinal stabilization.
